By creating an account, accessing, or using Control Stack ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use Control Stack, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your store account.

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Merchant Operations & Product Compliance

As a store owner, you are solely responsible for the products and services listed on your storefront and processed through your POS terminal. You agree not to list or sell illegal, hazardous, fraudulent, or counterfeit goods.

3. Subscription Fees, Billing & Upgrades

Control Stack offers free starter plans and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected during plan checkout.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing upon reasonable advance notice.

4. Service Availability & SLA

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where feasible.

5. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
